Candidate shall get exposure into below segments with training and guidance.
- Exposure to hospitality consulting segment with working on core consulting and menu planning
- Exposure to see how food brands works and how the probability is achieved
- Exposure to get involved with chain outlets food brands to understand their core of operations, audits, functioning of business, menu intelligence.
- Menu development and quality check of menu engineering standards.
- Quality analysis of DNY standards of working in menu and food costing documentation.
- Quality check and analysis of existing restaurants, conducting audits and preparing reports of their current performance.
- Training and quality analysis of restaurant staff.
- Upgrading Menu recipes, costing SOPs, menu USPs as per market.
- Exposure in various food brands and their business working for exposure in consulting.
- Exposure to work on different consulting segments like cloud kitchens, QSR’s, lounge Bars, Cafes and thematic restaurants.
- Innovative conceptualization and incentives on innovations.
- Working with our Head chef and master chef to know how menu planning works
