  • Studied the Jammu audience closely and built a Euro-Asian Indian fusion menu around it.
  • Built a first-of-its-kind hot-cocktail program for the cold season - variants across red wine, Irish whiskey, vodka, tequila and whiskey - so guests keep ordering through peak winter.
  • Developed in-house concoctions spanning whiskey, vodka and gin, from fruity profiles to classic strong builds, plus a novelty-led non-alcoholic list.
  • Positioned Bluolive as mass-premium and delivered the entire second outlet - new menu, new model - end to end.
